You're the family tech person. You've been answering your mom's questions about her phone for years. You taught your dad how to use ChatGPT. You set up your grandmother's tablet last Christmas and have been fielding texts about it ever since. Pass that job to me.

What we solve

📱

"My phone is a mess"

Apps you don't use, notifications you ignore, photos you can't find. I sort it. Once.

🤖

"Everyone says use AI"

ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini — same energy. I'll show you what actually saves you time vs. what's hype.

🔒

"My passwords are everywhere"

Sticky notes. Same password on 14 sites. One breach away from a problem. Real password manager, real solution.

💊

"My mom can't track her meds"

Phone reminders, smart speakers, visual cues. I set it up and teach her — patiently — until it sticks.

🏠

"I bought an Echo and it's still in the box"

Smart home gear is intimidating because nobody walks you through it. I do.

📂

"My digital life is chaos"

iCloud full. Google Drive a junk drawer. Subscriptions you forgot. Cleanup + a system you'll actually maintain.

What a Monthly Care month actually looks like

So you don't have to wonder what you're paying for. Here's a real example of what a typical Monthly Care month with a client looks like.

Week 1

Mon
Onboarding video call — 30 min. We get on Zoom, you tell me what's broken, I take notes.
Wed
Text exchange: 'My mom can't print from her phone' → I send her a 3-step walkthrough with screenshots.

Week 2

Tue
In-person visit (Metro Atlanta only) — 1 hour. We set up her smart speaker + medication reminders + create a 'who to call' card on her fridge.
Fri
Quick text: she figured out how to call her sister with voice command. Win.

Week 3

Mon
You text me: 'Dad got a new MacBook for Father's Day, totally lost.' I do a 45-min screen share with him that evening.
Thu
ChatGPT crash course session for your spouse — 30 min over video. They've been wanting to use it but didn't know where to start.

Week 4

Tue
Monthly check-in: I send a summary of what we covered + 2 things to try this month. You forward to the family group chat.
Fri
Quick fix: your mom's iPad updated overnight, app moved, she couldn't find it. 5-min text resolution.
Average Monthly Care month: 1 in-person visit, 4-6 video/screen-share sessions, 15-25 text exchanges, 1 monthly summary email. All for $79/mo. Family Care covers up to 4 people for $149/mo.

Common questions

How is this different from your AI Consulting?

Consulting is for business teams — training your staff to use AI in their workflow. Steady is for you, your household, your parents. Personal stakes, not professional ones.

Are you only available in Atlanta?

In-person visits are Metro Atlanta. Remote help (video + screen share) is anywhere in the US. Most Monthly Care work happens remotely — the in-person visit is for setup or family training.

Can you help my elderly parent who's not tech-savvy?

Yes — this is exactly who Family Care is designed for. I'm patient, I'll repeat things, I'll write down steps, I'll come back if something breaks. No condescension, no jargon.

Do you fix broken devices?

No — I'm not a repair shop. I help you use what's working. If your laptop is dead, take it to Apple or Best Buy first; I'll help you set up the new one.

What happens after Monthly Care month 1?

It auto-renews monthly. Cancel any time with a text — no contracts. Most clients stay 6+ months because tech keeps changing and a coach on call is cheaper than figuring it out alone.

Tell me what's broken.

5-minute intake form. I'll reply within 24 hours with a recommended plan — or an honest "you don't need me."
